- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time:
West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or during peak seasons.
- Self Pickup (If Applicable)
Customers may opt for self-pickup at our office by selecting the option during checkout. An email or message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery. - Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the parcel, we will contact you for redelivery arrangements. Additional shipping fees may apply. - International Shipping
